At Ayloul, your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we are pleased to inform you about our Exchange and Return Policy
 
When the order arrives, it must be checked within 10 minutes in the presence of the shipping representative to verify size and color.
In case of an exchange, the customer must cover the shipping fees.
In case of a return or exchange after the order has been received, it must be requested within 14 days, and in specific situations.
For product returns, a refund will be issued within 10 days after the item has been inspected by the customer service team. This applies only in specific cases, provided the item is returned in its original condition, with the tag attached, and unused

 عند وصول الطلب، يتم فحصه خلال ١٠ دقائق بحضور مندوب الشحن للتأكد من المقاس واللون.
 في حالة الاستبدال، يجب على العميل دفع رسوم الشحن.
 في حالة الإرجاع أو الاستبدال بعد استلام الطلب، يجب أن يتم ذلك خلال ١٤ يومًا.
 في حالة إرجاع المنتج، سيتم رد المبلغ خلال ١٠ أيام من فحص المنتج من قبل فريق خدمة العملاء. ينطبق هذا في بعض الحالات، بشرط استلام المنتج بحالته الأصلية، مع ملصقه، وغير مستخدم.
