Shipping policy

Upon receiving your shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery agent, ensuring that the contents match your order within 10 minutes of delivery.
Any issues must be reported immediately and documented with the delivery agent.
Once the agent leaves, no claims related to visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products can be accepted.
Delivery Timeline
Orders within Cairo and Giza are delivered within 1-3 business days.
For all other governorates, delivery takes 3-5 business days, depending on the location and courier schedule.
El Sheikh Zayed and October within 1 day

عند استلام شحنتك، يُرجى فتحها وفحصها بحضور مندوب التوصيل، والتأكد من مطابقة المحتويات لطلبك خلال 10 دقائق من الاستلام.

يجب الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة فورًا وتوثيقها مع مندوب التوصيل.
بعد مغادرة المندوب، لن تُقبل أي مطالبات تتعلق بتلفيات ظاهرة، أو نقص في المنتجات، أو منتجات خاطئة.

مواعيد التوصيل:
يتم توصيل الطلبات داخل القاهرة والجيزة خلال 1-3 أيام عمل.

أما بالنسبة لباقي المحافظات، فيستغرق التوصيل من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل، حسب الموقع وجدول شركة التوصيل.
